Congratulations on your new roles!

Ann Peirce has joined the Neopac Group as Head of Sales Americas and Managing Director of its Wilson, North Carolina facility. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, she brings a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement.

As Pure Trade celebrates its 30th anniversary, they have appointed Guillaume Bellissen to the position of Business and Strategic Development Director. The luxury packaging specialist for beauty and fragrance houses says it is “strengthening its leadership team to pursue the structuring program under way since AGIC Capital acquired a stake in the company in 2023.

Guillaume Bellissen

Bellissen’s goals include accelerating the Group’s structuring, optimizing processes to shorten clients’ time to market, strengthening its international presence (including acquisitions), and pursuing the diversification of its offering, in both products and markets. He joins the leadership team alongside Stefane Ladous, Founder and President, and Virginie Honoré, Managing Director.

Bellissen began his career in consulting and finance before moving into the packaging industry. At SGD and subsequently Verescence, he contributed to the group’s financial restructuring before taking on sales and marketing responsibilities across Europe and the US, rising to Senior Sales Director. In July 2023, he joined the Texen group as Director of Sales and Marketing and a member of its executive committee. He has an international career, in the US, Spain, and Italy, which has given him “an in-depth understanding of beauty and fragrance houses as well as of the industrial constraints of luxury packaging.”

Nicolas Zombré

Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, “the world’s second-largest dermo-cosmetics company and one of Europe’s leading pharmaceutical groups,” has appointed Nicolas Zombré as Chief Executive Officer of its U.S. Dermocosmetics operations.

In this role, Zombré will oversee the company’s U.S. dermocosmetics business across its portfolio of brands, including Avène, René Furterer and Klorane, as Pierre Fabre continues to build momentum in the U.S. market. According to the brand, Avène has emerged as one of the fastest-growing dermocosmetics brands in the US.
